Login to your ZebraHost account from https://portal.zebrahost.com/clientarea/
Once logged in you will see your client dashboard.
Click “Order” and choose “Domains”
You will land on the ZebraHost domains browser. Here you can search for domains available to purchase or transfer. To begin transferring your domain type your domain name (domain.tld) in the search box and look for it in the list. If input correctly it will appear in the list below with an orange button written “Transfer”.
Click “Transfer” your domain will be added to the cart. At this point you may add more domains to transfer or register. If you would like to jump right to your checkout cart click the green cart icon that replaces the “Transfer” button.
You will be brought to a screen where you can add extra options to your domain. In this same screen you will be required to add your EPP/AUTH code. This is a code you must get from your current domain registrar. They will likely provide it in their client portal.
When you have input your EPP code and are satisfied with your selected domain options, scroll down and click “Continue”.
You will be brought to a checkout screen. Select your payment method and enter your details if they aren’t already saved in your account.
Done! After you’ve submitted payment you land on an order confirmation page.
Note: It may take a while for your old registrar to transfer your domain to ZebraHost. Expect the transfer to take between 24 hours and 7 days. If you receive an email confirming if you are transferring your domain please respond to it to avoid and interuptions in the domain transfer process.
