How to Add a Zebra Cloud Mail Account to Outlook

  1. In Outlook, click File then Add Account

  2. Outlook will then try to search your computer for an existing email account to add. You will want to click Advanced Options then check Let Me Setup My Account Manually and click Connect.

  3. You will be given several options for email servers. ZebraCloud Mail works with both POP and IMAP. This tutorial will use IMAP. click the IMAP icon.

  4. You will then be asked to setup your incoming and outgoing settings. Please enter the following information:

    Incoming:

    • Server: secure.emailsrvr.com
    • Port: 993
    • Encryption Method: SSL/TLS

    Outgoing:

    • Server: secure.emailsrvr.com
    • Port: 465
    • Encryption Method: SSL/TLS

  1. Finally, enter your password and click Connect.

If you have correctly entered all your credentials and server information, your inbox will then appear in the Outlook desktop app. You will then be able to send and receive emails like normal.
