These steps are relevant up to the latest version of iOS V.13
You can add a cPanel email account to your Apple IOS mobile to view and sync your emails on the go.
- Open the
Settings
app. - Scroll down to
Passwords and Accounts
. - Tap
Add account
- When presented with a list, tap
Other
. - Then choose
Add Mail Account
. - Input the following information:
- Name: A name for the account (e.g.. Zebra Cloud Mail)
- Email: the email address
- Password: your ZebraMail password
- Description: a description of the email account (e.g. dev work)
- Once you input all required information - tap
Next
. - Choose
IMAP
. - Enter any relevant information asked for
- Scroll to outgoing SMTP and enter the following details:
- Hostname: You domain name such as example.com
- Username: Your full email address. Such as you@example.com
- Password: Your email password.
- Use SSL: Off
- Authentication: Password
- Server Port: 587
If you want to use SSL then check the port under your cPanel email configuration details. You can find these details under your cPanel

If you have entered everything correctly and the incoming or outgoing email shows an authentication error or does not work, then try to use the main cPanel account password instead of the email password
