1. Open the Email icon.

   

2. In Mail tap on Menu and then on the Refresh button.

   

3. Alternatively,you may refresh mail by dragging the inbox down and holding until you see a refresh option in which case the inbox will refresh after untapping.

   

In above screenshot, you can see that after syncing, we have received a new email.
