Issue: The $ sign changes automatically to £ sign when users log onto the system. The regional settings seem correct, but it still shows all currency as $ USD not £ GBP.

Fix: You’ll need to install a language pack and set the currency.

This is a function of the keyboard. If your keyboard has a £ or €, it will use that character. If it has a $ it uses that. The language pack is not meant to replace the Euro with the Dollar because people will still commonly use the dollar.

Once the language pack is installed, you can get the Euro symbol by typing CTR+ALT+4.

So you would need to replace your current Dollar signs with Euro signs if that is the case, it will not happen automatically.
